For an ultrabook, it’s a very good deal, hell it has similar specification to Apple new 2015 Macbook. You can probably try to install OS X on it but would need to get broadcom BCM94352Z wifi card, you can read the guide at tonymacx86 here. Some people have reported issue with touch screen not working after sleep, display lifting, etc you can check this thread for updates on fixes.
Played bit with Windows 10, its definitely better than Windows 8 but Windows 7 > Windows 10 > Windows 8. If you need touch screen support then Windows 10 is the prefect windows OS. Aluminium laptops are nice, windows laptop have come a long way, build quality have finally reach macbook levels.
